ALK has entered into partnership agreements with Merck and Torii Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to develop, register and commercialise tablets in North America and Japan. ALK has approx. 1,850 employees with subsidiaries, production facilities and distributors worldwide. The company headquarters is in Denmark and is listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen (OMX: ALK B).
