Golar LNG is a company operating marine-based LNG (liquefied natural gas) midstream infrastructure. It offers liquefaction, transportation, regasification, and downstream distribution of LNG. The company provides its solutions in three segments: Vessel Operations, Floating Liquefaction Natural Gas Vessel (FLNG), and Power. The Vessel Operations segment operates and charters out vessels and provides technical vessel management services. The FLNG unit converts LNG carriers into FLNG vessels and subsequently charter them out to customers.
