Grand Ridge National Bank was founded on April 6, 1903 to serve the needs of the business and agricultural community in LaSalle County. Premier Commerce Bancorp, Inc. located in Wheaton, Illinois acquired Grand Ridge National Bank in 2010, and brought to the Bank additional experience in many areas including commercial banking for small to mid-sized businesses and professionals, operations, and technology. In 2011, Grand Ridge National Bank acquired from First State Bank of Illinois a branch in Wheaton, Illinois, as a new base from which to expand its geographic market area. In 2015, Premier Commerce Bancorp further expanded the Bank’s presence by acquiring Winfield Community Bank located in Winfield, Illinois, and merged it into Grand Ridge National Bank. In 2020, Grand Ridge National Bank expanded its service market with the opening of its first Florida office in Tampa, Florida. Grand Ridge National Bank has over 100 years of successful banking history and experience. The Bank offers some of the online, mobile, and remote depositing capabilities available for our rapidly growing customer base of small to mid-size businesses, professionals, and other individuals located throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area, the Tampa Bay area and other nearby communities. We also have thousands of Star ATM network locations throughout the country. Grand Ridge National Bank is committed to being a premier organization.
