When consumers are ready to book an appointment, they can do so right through MyTime's website or mobile app because the product is directly integrated into the appointment calendaring systems of the local businesses on the site. If the business's calendar isn't integrated yet with MyTime, the MyTime team will concierge the appointment time for free. While consumers pay for the service through MyTime at the time of the appointment booking, they can receive a full-refund for cancellations outside of 24 hours.
