UNIT4 is a provider of business software products and related services. Unit4 ERP is a multi-company, multi-currency, multi-language ERP solution. The system supports a flexible multi-company environment with different configuration and processing options, enabling the creation of separate and distinct entities. The system will enable customer's to maintain any number of separate companies / entities, each with their own set of control parameters. Multiple companies can be created through menu-driven screens, enabling the copying and sharing of data (for example, chart of accounts structures, reporting hierarchies, attribute codes and values, accounting period profiles, customer and supplier Masterfile records, workflows, etc.) from one company to any number of other companies, thus speeding up the creation of the new company. The system supports self-balancing inter-company transactions and consolidation using flexible, definable reporting and chart of accounts structures.
